Light Golden Yellow. Intense, complex and fine at nose: some unpleasent SO2 notes at the beginning, then ripe fruit: gold plum and passion fruit; vegetal: sage and genista. Dry, alcoholic and rounded. medium acidity and good minerality. Medium body. Medium intensity, persistence and finess. Good fruit, with an off-fry aftertaste. Fruit and minerality come a bit detached.

“Mixed Bag of Dry Whites”-Tasting, Wine 4 (non-blind), in October 2013. The wine was pale yellow-green in colour and offered a rather bland nose of lemon, apple, melon, some ice bonbon and some vegetal notes. On the palate the wine showed lemon, lime, vegetal and herbal notes, paired with high lively, pungent acidity and average length. The medium-bodied wine was slightly bitter and seemed a little watery. A rather simplistic Sauvignon Blanc that lacked balance, concentration and length. Drink now.

More balanced and armonic than the first bottle. Sage and tropical fruit at nose. Intense and fine at taste.

Thin and tangy with hints of fruit. It is slightly more sour than what I would have expected.
