This is an incredible wine. Medium bodied with medium-high acidity, and perfectly balanced tannins. Incredibly intense red fruit leaning toward raspberry and cherry. Minerality is one of those things that is hard to pin down, but you know it when you have it, and this wine has it. It opens up steadily and changes and morphs with additional air. If you can find this, and appreciate the ineffable qualities of Burgundy red wines, then you will love this wine.
