48 hours sample from Tim. Was very tight on pop and pour aparently. Drank in Grassl Cru. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour wit thin garnet rim. Legs. Nose is clean, medium+ intensity with aromas of stony minerals, earth, ripe red cherries, spice. Developing. On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, fine medium+ tannins, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavorus of sweet ripe red cherries, ripe strawberry, stony minerality, sweet earth, light sweet spices, light toast oak. Long finish. As it warms up, you can feel the sweetish fruit bordering on overripeness. Very good quality. Probably needs a few more years of age. In theory should be nice if you catch it at the right window. But not sure how the sweetish ripe fruit will pan out though.

Tasted out of curiosity. Very convincing package. Young and tight, so better wait till 2020, with dark and red fruit. Brooding, dense tannins soft, so drinkable but the aromas are still reserved. Don't waste your money opening this. 93 now but 95 for sure when mature. Confirms that 2010 is THE great vintage across Europe. Ripeness, Freshness, structure.

Eye: solid ruby Nose: floral, light red fruit, strawberries but tight Palate: fruit is much firmer including the tannin but structure seems great just tight.
Hard to asses where this will be but really great promise here. My favorite of the night!

Dark fruit, cake, spices. Ripe but too dry. Little aromas left. Feels like a wine that was picked late and over-extracted in the cellar.

Domaines Guyon & Bertagna - Portfolio Tasting (Gordons (Waltham, MA)): Nose: Burnt wood, Indian spices, Cherry and Blueberry. Palate: Very difficult to assess, tight, woody and hard.
Supposedly the vines are way up at the top of the clos near the chateau, so maybe this will be great when it comes together.
