Beverly Hills Cheese Shop Northern Spain Tasting: We really liked this. Raised on granitic soils. Some floral notes on the nose with honeysuckle together with minty notes and a nice minerality. Medium acidity and fuller bodied than the Taxakolina that preceded it, showing a touch of heat on the quick but refreshing finish. Paired with a Roncal (sheep's milk cheese from Navarre) this was absolutely stunning.

Forgot the back story but strong melonrich fruit with a high tone of white flowers, peaches, and hints of citrus, herbs and grass. It appears you get allot out of Godello for little money. Drinks well above the $20 price tag. Mineral pull on the back end.

Rich and full, very tasty, Powerful across the palate. Mostly Treixadura. Erin notes a wonderful sort of tobacco thing. Ribeiro. Note the spelling Ben. All slate soils, hence the power on the mid palate. Get your Treixadura on. And very yummy.
