  A rich, ripe, almost sweet, new world-ish grenache from the Languedoc. Ripe fruit, especially plums and blueberries on the nose with a touch of earth in the background; lush, ripe, sweet red and purple flavors with well-integrated tannins in the background, and a long finish ending in black cherries. Easy drinking and well put together, but a touch sweet for me.

  Restaurantkøb i Milton Keynes UK. "Nouvelles Fraîches" (kølighed/frisk) indikerer at det ikke er en sydfransk vin der har fået masser af sol/varme og ifølge bagetiketten er vinen også dyrket på en skåning ud mod middelhavet. Farven er mørk og lettere transparent, duften er krydderet og måske lidt lakrids endda. Smagen er tør og ikke sødmefuld, balanceret og blød. Dejlig typisk grenache udtryk i både duft og smag. Perfekt til en god bøf.
