Organic. Very pronounced with white flower and melon character. Sulfite certification is more stringent in the US. Crisp and light and fresh. Way over at $31 or so but that is Terlato for you.

Wine Soc's budget-friendly Xmas (Home): Bought because it was in a magnum and to form an effective barrier between the hordes and the good stuff and, in that sense, it did the job. But otherwise it’s pretty much exactly what one might imagine a NV Prosecco is like: simple and confected, a strange artificial peach note. Off-dry and a little claggy on the palate without much character, lacking acidity. At the equivalent of 15 p/b, you can do much better.

M+IOA, citrus, lemon, lime, pear, and fruity oriented aromas, a bit of lees and creaminess,
palate is off dry, and shows mostly same character as nose, with primary flavors and some lees aging. Refreshing ad med acidity, well balanced and fruity.
Easy to figure out the Prosecco here, as the Glera shows well and so is the little lees aging.
Good to VG wine

Small bubbles, light in glass, off-dry, super fun Christmas Day magnum for family sharing! Just the lightness, pear-apple flavours and accessibility (not tart) that I like for cut-above party prosecco. Good quality and would get again.

Stand up tasting. Lean stone fruit, fully savory, near bitter.
