  • Cherry hints dominated on the nose and palate. A very accessible wine but lacks the depth. Wine is balanced and structured.

  • First sip after 8 hrs of uncork
Nose: smoky and meaty nose, a bit reserve of sweet cherry fruit
Palate: Very clean with good subtle mineral tone. Good gamy fruit intermix with cherry, tannin at the backward, medium finish
Can develop longer time for building the complexity.
Quite amazed of the "cleanliness" of the wine, its subtlety however remind of a good emrich schonleber.

  • The nose was soft and giving, gaining richness over time with herbal raspberry and blackberry tones upfront, followed by dusty gravel, earth and sweet florals. On the palate, I found dark red fruits offset by a perfect balance of acidity which intensified the fruit and released flavors of savory brown sauce and stony minerality. It was long on the finish, showing wild red berry and earth tones. This is youthful but already giving and with a bright future ahead.
