This is a great pinot! For the burgundy lovers - nose of pomegranate, wet forest floor and dusty/creamy/raspberry fruit. Savory fruit and earth on palate with plenty of lift as well as a very long aftertaste. Really a great wine. For those that want to know - perfectly balanced at the moment. The only negative is a slight whiff of heat on nose (13%).

Very fragrant and earthy nose with dusty red fruit. The initial entry was a bit tight and tart but it began to open up with a bit of time in the glass. Red berries with a bit of a Burgundian feel. Best of both old world and new. I think it will even get better with time.

Nose is more forest floor from this bottle than red fruits. Much better in the mouth with the bright red fruit making a more pronounced statement than on the nose. Light in body and finish is pleasant but short. Not as favorable as the last bottle.

Light purple in color quite translucent and a little glistening in the glass. Nose is bright red fruit with a touch of spice and a touch of forest floor just a bit. Smooth in texture and very bright on fruit but not out of whack. Lovely acidity and medium plus finish make this a really nice bottle.

Dark ruby. Nose of ripe cherry, sweet tobacco, slight vegetal and peppery note. Tart cherry and pepper dominate on the palate, with a nice, long, iron/mineral, cranberry finish. Good now, but if you can hold off from drinking this will age very well, I'm going to hold the rest of mine for a year, minimum.
