  Golden color. Nose: baked green apple, green melon, grilled pineapple core, and lemon curd with accents of vanilla wafer, caramel, orange blossom, and river stone. Medium/full body on the palate: lemon curd, lime, pineapple core, and green apple framed by vanilla wafer, orange zest, baking spices, white pepper, and river stone. High acidity. Lingering citrus zest, pineapple core, baking spices, and white pepper on the moderate/long finish. Beautiful, complex fruit profile and excellent structure and balance. Cellar for 2-3 years and drink over the following 3-4 years.
