  Bottle breathe for 1.5 hours. Opened other 30 min in the glass. Full blossom in the nose with loads of strawberry, red fruit and flower, the palate was initially a bit shy, but fully in service 1 hour after in the glass with matured red fruit, cherry, wood and a bit smoke. Peak 1.5 hours in the glass in perfect on both palate and nose.

If Girardin bought the wine 'in barrel', then possibly originates from an illustrious producer who owns and declassifies a fair amount of RSV consistently, and is a big stem-inclusion proponent. Hmmm... whom could that be.

  nose - rose, animale, roasted orange petal, cranberry, light funk. great complex nose.
  mouth - complex, savory and sweet in great harmony, soy-infused cornucopia of red fruit, salted dried plum. a really great red burdundy
