Boxes above its weight. Aromas that leap out of the glass. More than value here. Richer golden notes, saline, shells, ripe guava fruit. Delish and a fave! Recommended.

This wine was bought in D.C. so the price of $19 is inflated. It would be a good everyday drink. Light in color and heavy on the grapefruit. Sweet and difficult to match. Good not great.

This is a very nice French Gros Manseng with with a nice punch of pink grapefruit, lemon zest, nice acidity and a decent finish. Slightly floral and dry, this has a very good QPR.

Wines on Pride Day (Washington, DC): An interesting example of Gros Manseng, with aromas of melon peel and tangerine mixed with herbal notes of white pepper and sage. Zippy acid on the palate, but there's also some fresh tangerine and melon fruit. The green onion and sage notes combine with a mineral note. Medium finish. This isn't great, but it's good, and a solid buy for the price.
