Seems to be both adding depth and becoming more transparent on the palate with age. Kind of shocked that this wine continued to develop like this. Sad it's my last bottle.

From my prior notes and no reason to suspect this is any different. “This wine never disappoints with its offering of apricot preserves, flint, white grapefruit, and honeydew Those scents morph into crisp, lively flavors on the palate where they are joined by something floral (honeysuckle?) and a smokey finish of creamed corn. This wine always seems to be about vibrant fruit, crisp acidity on a balanced frame. It shows an elegance without being fussy. This goes down mighty easily.” 13% alc. With goat cheeses and bread and ham. DD and PM enjoying while I’m on meds recovering from a medical event.

4/15/2014 - IJC Likes this wine:
Bright acidity, that of a crisp Granny Smith apple, with no bitterness. Drink up.
Rated 1 on a scale of -1 to 3.
