Dinner with Friends (211 Clover Lane, Louisville): Courtesy of IW. Light golden color with notes of apricot syrup, ginger and ripe apple. Rich texture complemented by wonderful underlying acidity gives a freshness that makes these wines so delightful. Apricot and stone fruit with a honeyed marmalade quality. Long finish. Wonderful.

In the glass, medium orange-gold. On the nose, a mix of mango, papaya, and pineapple. On the palate, sweet and syrupy, with a bit of citrus acidity, but perhaps a bit more dimensional than the other 2007 single vineyard RTs we've had up to this point?
