  Nose is bright but quite deep with red cherry, chambord, green pepper and some meatiness - very slightly gamey. On the palate this has bags of juicy fruit, medium acid, low-medium tannin, gorgeous bright attack, round mid-palate and juicy, long finish. Small amount of volatile acidity, very aromatic in the mouth; some umami, surprisingly. Impressive. 12.3%, $20

  Opened 3 hours prior to drinking and drank over another 2. Medium to full body and nice acidity. Dark fruit and tomato leaf that runs from the nose to finish (85-86).
