  Soft rose, more peach-colored than red. Aroma - yeast on PnP, then tartness (balsamic and strawberries), yeast, but far less prevalent (doughy) and some dry wood. Taste - sweet, tart, crisp, nice acid, yeast, not particularly fruity, some peach.

  This is really pretty good. There is some nice forward fruitiness, with a bit of character and structure. Beautiful half pink half salmon color. The nose reminds me of fresh picked tart cherries in the bin. Solid texture with surprising mouth feel. Not normally a fan of "bleed rose" where the skins have been broken, this time the skin contact raises the pleasure factor quite a bit. I wish there was a little more fresh juiciness to the fruit. What we get is sweet tart cherry, and light strawberry. Nice and crisp. The finish starts with cherry, but some red raspberry shows up also.
