Each bottle of this has been a little different for me, but not wildly so, and they've all been enjoyable. The color has been a consistent very light salmon pink, almost like a really light orange wine, and this one was no different. Aromas and flavors of ripe peaches, grapefruit, tangerine, and minerals this time around. Medium body, acid, and finish, and just a perfect Sunday afternoon sipper on warm summer day. Drank standalone and with some goat cheese and crackers and worked well for both.

This bottle showed a little different than the last. Salmon pink color. Aromas and flavors of peach and watermelon jolly rancher, with minerality on the palate. Lacking on acidity and finish this go round, with medium+ body. The lowish acidity made this border on flabby, but still a good option for a hot day I reckon, especially considering the low alcohol (11.5%).

Popped and poured. Light enjoyable rose. Good QPR.

This made a surprisingly good "beef in white wine" (from "The Silver Spoon" cookbook). I like.
