Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • The standard bottling not the Show Reserve. Wow. More bead than 99 Cuvée William. More flavour and better structure than the 93 released in 2000 for the bicentennary. Nose is Syrah, tea, olives and coffee. Missing the voluptuous richness of the LD Show Reserves. Medium length finish with olives/coffee predominating. Lovely wine and over delivering at this historical price point. $10 on release, if that.
