I'm a big fan of wines from Cotes de Gascogne. I love the rustic, grassy, green garden aromas and flavors. This one seems (don't have enough experience to know) to be a textbook, full throttled example. Nice yellow to gold color. Grassy herbal, in your face nose. Rustic, vegetative and earthy influence to the under ripe peach and scupperdine fruit swimming in some wet shale. Crisp. Refreshing. Spicy minerals. There is a lifted feeling to the grassy minerality we just don't find in other regions.

Leichter Sommerwein, wunderbar zu fruits de mer. Aromen von Stachelbeere, Zitrus, Melonen. 4 gr Restzucker. Für 5 Euro eine runde Sache.
