  What a pleasant surprise! Colour of a very young wine, absolutely clear and transparent, light yellow. Initially salty and a bit smoky nose of sardines, salty meat, with time becomes a bit vegetal, not too intense, but certainly present. There's a bit of lemon-lime character on the backpalate, it seems that it was very fresh in the beginning of its life, but now it has matured and has become calmer. There's some mild lemon as well as vegetal element on the palate, medium-light body, quite refreshing for such a mature white. Accidity still above medium, very well preserved. Very good.

  Color amarillo brillante, prácticamente sin haber evolucionado, reflejos alimonados, con cierto grosor a la vista. Nariz de media intensidad, sin notas reductivas, abierto, apuntes de cítricos dulces (pomelo) y suaves cremosos. Se va abriendo mostrando notas almibaradas, fruta de hueso, manzana asada. En boca es graso y vivo, con una excelente acidez crítrica. Sencillo pero entero. Muy agradable. Sorpresón!!
