  Similar to his big brother Tondonia (although slightly less intense)
  Golden colour
  Nose and palate alike with descriptors of honey, hazelnut, sweet pecorino, vanilla with great minerality
  Buttery mouthfeel and full bodied
  M+ acidity, long finish
