Day 5 and best yet. Softens, grape and mushroom palate. This is gorgeous tonight. Complex, medium body, acid doesn’t feel too high. Aside medium plus acid. Wildly good. Finishes of orange dreamscicle.

Real nice. Melon fruited palate.
Day 7 and still just chugging along. Honeydew melon nose and palate. Minerality through out, albeit this riesling has some body. Without much extract on the palate really.
