Still drinking like a youngster, this bottle was not as expressive as previous ones. Color is still consistant to the edge of the glass. Body is strong enough that the tannins remain present. 92-93

This was an e-mail special at Binny's. Claimed to be the Reserve and just released from the vineyard. Was not Reserve but bought it anyway. First bottle 2 nights after purchase was fabulous! Not a trace of bricking in the glass and oh, what a mouthfeel! Could swirl it in my mouth and get nothing but the tastes the nose promised and more. No bite of acid or tannin, almost creamy. Delightful. Scoured Binny's suburban locations and bought what they had left.

This was very smooth - all tannins almost gone - some fruit with a hint of oak. Very rich, full, almost creamy taste in mouth. Color is still bright. I would say drin now - it's perfect. Had at dinner at Oscars in St. James.

Excellent color and nose. Slight tobacco taste but lots of fruit. Enjoyed immensely. Also had with 98 Raymond which had already turned.

Had side-by-side with a '95 Dominus, and the Raymond blew it away. Need I say more? Great juice.
