Giant Wine Sale & Tasting 1/23/2016 (Cellar on Greene, Columbia, SC): This is a pretty decent approximate $10 Chardonnay. The nose has a touch of butterscotch, ginger and fig. The palate tastes like a cool climate, rustic, Chablis style, not necessarily fruit forward, secondary flavors first, apple, pear and citrus. Only a touch of oak, and not full malo lactic. Ginger and other brown spice flavors.

Apple and cantaloupe nose, citrus and creamy on the palate, fairly balanced.
We drank the pinot gris, but this ap says Chardonnay.. It is 70% chardonnay grape.
