(3) bottles. Perfectly stored. Very light straw yellow. Apple, quince, lemon. Wine held up for 2+ hours until finished. Over exceeded expectation; pleasantly surprised.

Pop up and pour. MOnolite of citrus, roasted cereals and imperceptible underwood tones. Some people felt some iodin touch, some others like me felt chicken white meat. Mineral, pure and focused. Great length. A chablis of the old school, made in a great vintage. Drink now or keep it for two years without any risk. Outstanding. Retasted next day : even more solid. Same rate 93+. Not for beginners.

Blind tasted. Bitter nose with quince and resinous essential oils. Pure white grapefruit juice with a long piercing acidic finish. This is perhaps the most mineral style wine I have tasted - too much like licking wet pebbles for my taste and the fruit element is too austere for my palate to rate it higher. It was too powerful for the fresh sea fish which we ate with it - get the oysters?!
