By glasses. Acids, citrus aromas of green apple and some smoked. On the palate its thrust is a little lush but the creamy texture helps balance this sparkling. Considering its origin, not bad at all.
Por copas. Ácidos, cítricos aromas a manzana verde y a ahumados. En boca su empuje es un poco exuberante pero la textura cremosa ayuda a equilibrar este espumoso. Considerando su origen, no está mal del todo.

Xmas party at Chateau Davyd. Pop and poured. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Thin legs. Fine bubbles. Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of brioche, biscuit, citrus lemon, sweet gum, florals. Developing. On the palate, dry, high acidity, low alcohol (11.5%), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of toasty biscuit, sweet citrus lemon, white peach, sweet pear. Medium+ finish. Good quality New World Sparkling. Dosage on the higher side? Works and is enjoyable. Excellent QPR. Blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. Traditional method.

(Breakfast@QantasLounge) light fresh nose of vanilla, soft brioche and gentle sweet flowers. Soft spritz, there is creamy acidity, with a dance of white flowers. Balanced and elegant. Uplifting. Simple finish, with clean acidity and limestone citrus notes, ending with stainless steel. A lovely foil to the bacon and eggs rolls.

Very nice Aussie sparkling. The ladies loved it. I'd happily buy another 6 pack.

Toasty citrus with fine bubbles. Creamy, complex and could easily stand amongst the bubbles from big name champagne houses.
