Classic nose of toast, French bakery, cinnamon rolls. Magical bubbles that melt into a deep palate. Rich croissant. Irresistible and authentic. Rocking now.

Similar notes as the last bottle. This is a richer style wine, a trait I am a fan of in champagne, but with nice acidity and thus crispness as well. Good QPR (B+/A-).

Light gold, strong mousse. Nice yeasty lemon nose, intense. Very ripe rich flavours and a ton of texture. The finish is a bit too rich for me at this time. Should improve.

Hazy notes from two days ago. Impressive wine and good QPR for champagne. Fairly rich in flavours, with the classic toasty and nutty notes providing the richness and lemon and other citrus fruit and healthy acidity providing the foil. Would buy again (A-).
