  Di una purezza cristallina, l'acqua di una sorgente alpina. Un concentrato di rocce sbriciolate, fredde esposte ai venti. Poi fiori di campo, ampio, verticalissimo, puro. Bocca perfettamente integra con una bellissima ed integrata acidità di sostegno, piccoli ritorni di mandorle amare, agrumi ed elegante sapidità. Che vino! Immortale?
