Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 87 points

  • An almost translucent and very approachable Grüner Veltliner with a slightly soapy and reductive character, apple and grapefruit flavors, fine acidity, medium body and slightly dissapointing length on the finish. It is well balanced and tasty but to me lacks a special feature or distinct GV characteristics (minerality, black pepper...). My wife guessed 'Chardonnay' when tasting it blind. Becomes somewhat flabby after being open for 24 hours. - 87 points
