Medium copper to salmon in colour. Pretty fine mouse but not persistent and only a little in the mouth. Smells strongly of bread, to the point that it seems off. There is also faint strawberry. On the palate it has decent acidity and the lightest touch of tannin. More fruit: peach and raspberry. Slight bitterness and an underwhelming finish. 5/18

I did not remember having this in the past. Actually, reading my note from a number of years ago, it was very consistent. Medium red color. Drank a glass over dinner. A juicy Alsatian rose, nice and dry, crisp, light body but good definition, red berry, mostly strawberry, yeast, and a somewhat creamy texture. I'd be pretty happy to have some of these for summer deck drinking. 88+ to 89pts.

Pretty darn tasty stuff. Both on the nose and on the palate. Tight and refined. Good stuff.

- Salmon color - Very enjoyable. Fat bubbles, easy drinking, crisp with heavy berry influence. A great everyday drinking bubbly. Cheers.
