Smells of fresh green apples, yeast with hints of green and orange melon. Smells good. Nicely textured when tasted, loaded with fresh lemons and granny smith apple. Loads of acidity rises up in the finish, paired with the bubbles, this is almost drying my gums. The expression of the fruit is very long as the acidity continues to hang out in my mouth. Overall a very nice bottle of bubs at a good price.
