  Nose of lemon custard, apples and limes. Smells really good. Good mouth feel, fine bubbles add good texture to the wine. Citrus, flavors of both honeycrisp and granny smith apples, and white pear? It's escaping me so we'll go with that. The wine has crazy good acidity, if you like high acid whites you will want to drink this. The texture of the bubbles and the acid pair up well and give the wine a nice long finish. This is really tasty. Absolutely perfect after a long day at work with some cured meat.
