Pretty consistent with my previous note. Great color and still getting pomegranate along with some tart cherry. Last bottle. Coravined a few glasses and will update if it changes when we pull the cork later this weekend or week.

Father's Day Dinner at Restaurant Eugene in Atlanta. Still has life but should drink up your remaining bottles over the next 1-2 years. Distinct Chasseur nose of spice, red fruit primarily pomegranate and raspberry.

Not the most complex Chasseur pinot noir I've had, and a bit lighter and leaner than I'm used to. But quite drinkable! Red fruits like strawberry and pomegranate, with a little bit of minerality. I'm not sure I like this at the retail price of $60, but a pretty good deal during the half off Holiday sale. Don't wait long on this....drink up.

Seems a bit over-extracted, with pungent fruit, zippy acids and some tannic structure resulting in a quaffable but not particularly interesting wine. There's a lot going on here, maybe too much, but the underlying fruit base is HQ. I did not pick up any heat like some previous reviewers. I suspect this will improve slowly from here but never become truly special. 89-90. Good enough cellar defender with the half price sale.
