  This was opened four hours before but not decanted and needed another hour or two to show well. Beautiful balance of sweet fruit moderate acidity and fine tannins on the finish. For such a young wine this showed amazingly well and improved over the next two hours. I can see the lure of Pinot from Burgundy. Thanks to Eric for sacrificing this young wine.
