  Blowout at Formento's (Chicago, IL): This was a real revelation -- you gotta give it up for Bubba, who really did keep one of the most impressive cellars I've had the pleasure of drinking from. While this is not the most complex and exciting white Burgundy, it was really, really in the zone tonight. Lots of ripe stone fruit on the nose and palate, and while the midpalate and finish did seem to taper off a fair bit, it was clear there was plenty of life left here.
