Straw yellow in color with hints of green at the edges, this wine shows muted notes of cut grass, asparagus, almond and white acacia flowers. The mouth feel was dry with stony, steely elements and a richer feel than the stated 12% abv. The finish was short but firm with abundant acidity but not much fruit.
Purchased for $9.50US, this is a fairly neutral Italian white that became much more interesting with cheese and charcuterie, especially those with smoky elements. A food wine for sure.

Clean light gold with a greenish tint. Nose hints at freshly cut grass and herbs. Wet stone. In the mouth, a tad steely and acidic but enough fruit to round off the rough edges. Hard to describe the flavors, but finishes with a faintly metallic edge. OK for what it is. 4-10-13-6: 83/100.

color: pellucid light yellow; nose: lemons x apple; taste: light-bodied mouth feel, tart acidic taste, short-lasting tart finish; overall: meh -- OK and easy to drink, yet lacks sizzle or interesting qualities -- almost kind of boring, but probably would be fun as spring picnic fare/brunch or paired with mild fish like tilapia
