Burgundy Dinner (GC): 200ml bottle. Mango, passionfruit, apple and peach, pear and yellow florals. Certainly shows plenty of sweetness but the acidity is excellent and there is some grip and structure to the palate, retains brightness across the length. Very good!

Just ok. One-dimensional and lacking the necessary acidity for balance. wish it had more of that. Fruit was nice, but flabby.

A trip around Niagara; 6/15/2015-6/28/2015 (Ontario, Canada): Apple, peach, lemon and coconut. Well balanced sweetness (210g/l) and very good length. One of the better Icewines tasted on the trip around Niagara wineries.
