Great Peppery Spice, ate it with Lamb Chops and was perfect! I was very happy that I held several bottles as I believe this wine is nearing it's best drinking now! Before it had a tannic start on the tongue and that is now gone...

Popped and poured - would probably benefit from a long decant. Lots of fruit, olive, bacon, some light tannins on the backend. Cool climate syrah. Drink now with decant or hold. GOOD.
