Certified organic. This is my first exposure to a Charbono. Bright with a blueberry note. Moderately complex yet there is definitely something interesting here. Medium-bodied (at best) so plan your food pairing accordingly.

Produced and bottled by Castoro Cellars. 12.5 ABV brings us relatively light body, but the opaque appearance and concentrated aromas suggest the grapes were plenty ripe. Cassis, blueberry, flowers, and lavender with refreshing acidity and then grippy tannins on the finish.
