  • Another hit from this producer. Rich color already after only 3 years, and very deep apricot, peach, candied fruit elements to it that were matched with medium acidity (more acidity would have made this a higher score). Tasted at the end of a meal with several bottles and everyone had an opinion about this wine (mostly very good). In the world of Canadian icewines, Peller is extremely reliable and I continue to think that these wines should be showcased alongside the best Sauternes and non-dry Rieslings.
