  • So my first dry Chenin ever. If there's any residual sugar here it is not detectable to me. Perhaps this is what dry Vouvray is like. Nose is soft and round, with some notable melon character and a flowery secondary note. Palate is medium high acidity with chalky lime and a hint of apricot. Relatively simple but lip-smacking. A great foil for fish.
