  开瓶即饮，淡金黄色，闻香是蜂蜜，金银花和矿物质气息，入口酸度高，酒液微甜，矿物感清晰，植物气息混合着淡淡柑橘类水果的味道，一点点贵腐带来的琥珀味，以及陈年产生的蜂蜜味，后段能感受到微微辛辣感，余味是细腻悠长的青苹果，蜂蜜和冰糖味。口感很干净，但是喝上去果实有些生，酸度不够线性，会觉得有时酸度有些压不住甜感，口中酒的香气和结构始终有点散，不够扎实和集中。残糖的甜感很好的平衡了酒液原本的咸苦，长时间陈年发展出的复杂度掩盖了原本有些单调的香气，现在就是饮用它的最佳时候。

  "Meatier" than expected for a Mosel. Aggressive bouquet on opening and interesting but not distinguished on the palate. After a few days in the refrigerator, the aggressiveness burned off and it became mellow with ripe peach notes predominating. More like a Rhein than a Mosel overall and seems like it has more bottle age than expected for a 2012. Not likely to improve, but quite decent and interesting now.
