  • 开瓶即饮,淡金黄色,闻香是蜂蜜,金银花和矿物质气息,入口酸度高,酒液微甜,矿物感清晰,植物气息混合着淡淡柑橘类水果的味道,一点点贵腐带来的琥珀味,以及陈年产生的蜂蜜味,后段能感受到微微辛辣感,余味是细腻悠长的青苹果,蜂蜜和冰糖味。口感很干净,但是喝上去果实有些生,酸度不够线性,会觉得有时酸度有些压不住甜感,口中酒的香气和结构始终有点散,不够扎实和集中。残糖的甜感很好的平衡了酒液原本的咸苦,长时间陈年发展出的复杂度掩盖了原本有些单调的香气,现在就是饮用它的最佳时候。

  • "Meatier" than expected for a Mosel. Aggressive bouquet on opening and interesting but not distinguished on the palate. After a few days in the refrigerator, the aggressiveness burned off and it became mellow with ripe peach notes predominating. More like a Rhein than a Mosel overall and seems like it has more bottle age than expected for a 2012. Not likely to improve, but quite decent and interesting now.
