  Pretty unimpressed with my first taste of dolcetto. Was fruity, but hollow and limp. Lacking structure and complexity. Tasted like a cheap, bulk production wine, but this wasn't exactly cheap. Maybe I'm missing something?

  Sweet floral scent out of the bottle on the nose, earth, stewed fruit and black cherry in the mouth with a hint of spice, with a medium green olive finish. Simple yet more complex than it seems.
