  Fantastic bottle of Chablis. Took a bit of time to open up and needed to be a bit on the warmer side (60+ degrees) to show its best. But beautiful. Stony, green apple, white peach, laden with minerals. Zesty, laser-like precision on the palate. Piquant acidity that just makes the mouth water on the finish. Killer. A-/A
