Served by the glass. On the nose there is a mixture of ripe and fresh notes. It does not convince me, but at least it is frank and sincere. Palate has more to offer, with abundant mineral notes and a citrus tea with bergamot oil. Elegant and persistent.

Tasted blind as part of the wine pairing at the excellent The Drunken Butler , London. Not the usual textbook Chablis here. To the point we thought it was Gruner Veltliner from a funky producer. Soft waxy, devout fo the lime/flinty side of chablis, soft use of oak, aromatic and soft grassy at times. The finish has a soft bitter edge (in a nice way). We were shocked when it was revealed a Chablis. A solid 91 in any case.

@Wedgewood with Randy Clean clear, no color Lemon zest, lychee, massive minerality, oyster shells, briney Salty and sour. Very young. A nice treat but needs a few years in the cellar.
