  At first it showed worrying signs of 2011 bitterness and greenness, but with about 30 min of air (in bottle) and food (steak tartare) it developed more fruit and middle-weight. As always with Cossard's wines it was pure and transparent and true, with a pretty floral nose and a bit of Volnay spice. Still a bit pricey I think.
