PNP into Zalto Burgundy glass (“Root” day): Pale purplish ruby to the eyes. Nice and clear colours.
Black currant, florals, violets and toasty oak on nose.
Transparency without much weight on palate, signature of this producer’s style. Long clean finish with some petillance. Quantity of silky tannins is high.
Opened up after 3-4 hours but then afterwards toasty oak more evident. 93-94 points.

20210417凜割烹. Tannic and powerful not expected from this domain. More cellar time is definitely rewarding.
