Bevmo Tasting with Greg La Follette, very pale, bright red in the glass, nose of wood, red cherry fruit and a touch of barnyard, more of the same on the palate, lots of red cherry fruit, medium body, and medium finish. third of his three Pinot Noirs tasted. Not bad at $20 but not a value.

Dark garnet with a nose and flavors of black cherry, rhubarb and forest floor. It has a lengthy, acidic finish suggesting that it could age gracefully for at least another 5 years. Unimpressed, but then again, it sells for around $20/bottle.

Decently fruity on the nose. Some plum, cherry, and currant. A touch of wood and some tart raisin. A light vanilla, charred oak, and jam character, too. Flavor is very well rounded. Acidity is fairly mild. Good fruity sweetness with plenty of cherry and currant notes. Slightly tannic and spicy on the finish. Plenty of oak.

Clean Pinot Noir character, elegant, light, no tannins to fight with....Well made, not destined for greatness. Drink now, and enjoy.

Blackberry color, medium body and legs. Full berry flavor, tart easing into round fullness, a bit chalky, but a bit of depth.
