Community Tasting Notes (2) Avg Score: 89.3 points

  • Light straw yellow color, slightly golden, of medium intensity. The nose shows hints of baked pear, honey, green apples, yellow prunes & lemon confit of medium concentration. The body is medium+, some minerality showing & with some bitterness showing too (probably from the barrel aging). The fruit on the palette is of medium concentration and is dominated by yellow/green apples & yellow prunes. The finish is dry and medium long. Also noted in the glass is a splash of botrytis.
