tree fruit aromas. a little creamy, some oak to the nose, but not excessively so. w/ Harry and Rob Wetzel. 30% Barrel fermented. the tank portioned doesn't go through malolactic fermentation. easy style, plays to the oak and not oak camps.

Nice enough nose, although somewhat muted. Notes of lemon curd, ruby grapefruit. There is a faint hint of oak. Good weight, but not enough sugar to balance the harsh acidity and tartness.

A good $11 chard, nothing special but very drinkable. Balanced oak and good acidity and creaminess. Not a screaming value at this price in the way the cab has been but a decent wine for the price. Well above much if the undrinkable cheap chard.

Just about par for the course for the appellation and price point. Not excessively oaked. Good acid. Uninteresting.
