30% in barrel, 70% in stainless, 1% viognier in there to lift the aromatics as well. Maybe a touch of smokey reduction to it. With some fatter flesh across the mid palate and the palate also gets a little smokey too. Works it out if around $15.

Baked apple pie, wet charred oak, viscous ripe palate. Apple flavors show more freshness on the palate, good balance for the style.

Very new world. Heavy malolactic fermentation. In a rombauer or kistler style. A bit too heavy and overdone for my liking.
